How it started.
HarwTech was built from real-world experience — not slide decks, not certifications alone. We started in server rooms managing 400+ desktops and enterprise networks, ran VLAN-configured switches, deployed 500+ IP cameras, and handled large-scale Windows Server infrastructure.
That foundation became the basis for everything we do in the cloud. When we say we understand infrastructure at every layer, we mean it — we’ve physically run cable, configured firewalls from CLI, and stayed up at 3am bringing a service back online.
Today we bring that same depth to cloud-native platforms. We’ve run bare-metal OpenShift for a FinTech core banking platform, built CNPG PostgreSQL HA clusters handling thousands of banking transactions per second, and deployed KEDA event-driven autoscaling on RKE2 Kubernetes.
The reason we care deeply about data sovereignty comes from this background. When you’ve run regulated financial infrastructure, you understand that “your data goes to the cloud” is not always acceptable. We build systems where data stays on your terms — on-premises, air-gapped, GDPR-compliant.
HarwTech is a small, senior team. You work directly with the people doing the work — no account managers, no handoffs to juniors, no outsourcing.

We’ll tell you when a simpler solution is better. If a ₹5,000/month managed VPS serves your needs, we won’t sell you a ₹50,000/month Kubernetes cluster.
