An architecture firm with a growing team needed a complete IT overhaul. The existing setup had no centralised storage, no firewall policy, and workstations joined to a mix of local and cloud accounts with no unified access control. The brief: build it right from the ground up, then keep it running.
We designed and deployed a Sophos firewall with properly segmented VLANs (studio vs. guest vs. management), a Synology NAS with RAID and automated off-site backup, Windows Active Directory with SSO across all workstations, and a full CCTV network covering the office. Structured cabling was rewired end-to-end. The whole deployment ran over two weekends — zero disruption to the studio’s working week.
Post-deployment, the firm moved onto a monthly managed retainer. We handle all patches, monitoring, SSL renewals, hardware issues, and user onboarding. Direct WhatsApp access — no ticket queue.

A startup preparing to move into a new office needed everything built before day one: network, workstations, identity, internet, and a data policy that fit their plans to handle customer PII from the outset.
We handled the full scope: ISP integration, network planning and cabling, managed switch configuration with VLANs, firewall setup, workstation provisioning, and Azure Active Directory for identity management across the team. A data sovereignty policy was written and enforced from day one — before any customer data touched the systems.
The office went live on the agreed date. The founding team walked in on Monday morning to a working environment — no outstanding items, no follow-up fire drills.
